Finance visual regression data

Adds deterministic Finance demo transactions directly to localStorage. No Claude request is made. The legacy demo-v37-* ID prefix is intentionally preserved so previously loaded fixtures can still be removed safely.

Same-batch identical charges are intentionally allowed. Duplicate warnings target matches already stored from a prior import/save.

Memory and recurring-decision management now lives in Settings so Developer Tools can stay focused on parser and regression testing.
